Dipcrest Integrated Services Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990 as a hi – tech company limited by shares on the Sixth day of August, 2007.
The need to establish Dipcrest Integrated Services Limited was bone out of the zeal to render qualitative indigenous services in the development of the Built – industry, Oil & Gas Sector and the Agricultural Sector in Nigeria and beyond.
